Eligibility

Refunds apply to credit purchases made directly through Mercatus. To qualify:

  • Your request must be made within 14 days of purchase
  • Less than 50% of your purchased credits must have been used

Note: Because Mercatus is a digital service delivered instantly, refunds cannot be issued once more than 50% of your purchased credits have been consumed.

Refund Window

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a refund. Requests submitted after this period are not eligible, regardless of credit usage.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at help@mercatuslab.com with the following:

  • Your order email or receipt number
  • A short reason for the request

We'll review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.

Refund Processing

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Timing may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

Important Notes

  • Mercatus is a digital service — credits are delivered immediately after purchase
  • All purchases become non-refundable after the 14-day window
  • Any custom or agency services (if offered separately) are non-refundable
  • Abuse of the refund policy may result in account suspension
